Park Bench created interactive journeys and outdoors theatre adventures. Responding to street, site and city, inside, outside and in between.
Performances and commissions that worked in a participatory, inter connected and multi disciplinary way; using story, song, movement, drama, games, words and music to tell stories, share big messages and invite audience to discover. Stepping into new territory and play.

Devised, produced and created 8 commissions from and for Freedom Festival, Big Malarky Festival, Welcomme Trust, Hull City Council and Arts Council Creative People and Places in and for Hull.
Delivered workshops and experietial education sessions in 8 different UK cities.
Collectively ran trust, school tours and experiential workshops, learning and engagement.
Park Bench pioneered Hull’s new writing programme and gathered emerging writers, actors, directors and theatre makers from the region to collaborate and explore their process in new ways.
Also programming experiential leaning experiences and youth drama workshops across UK schools.
